Applied and scheduled appointment online. Met someone for an interview and she asked a few questions. She basically hired me in a few minutes as they needed the help. Met for a week for training on how to do the job and safety tips.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
