First: applied online after speaking with a recruiter at college job fair day.
Second: Group interview with other candidates.
Third: Individual interview with HR rep after group interview, they will let you know right away if you are hired.

Why would you like to work for us?
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
