Selected for a group tour and was interviewed the same night by HR supervisor. Was then called back and interviewed a second time by the training manager. Offer the position after a successful second interview

What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses?
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
