There was no proper process. Just calls from I assume the recruiter and giving me a start date and taking very basic info. It felt like they were hiring anyone without checking suitability

Very easy and laid back. No formal questions or attire needed. Everybody was given the job that they applied for. The interview lasted about 1 hour as was just to show how to use equipment.

Watch and introductory video and listen to a representative describe the position. Then you proceed to personal interview. They ask questions regarding your availability and previous experience. It was a pleasant experience.
