Initial interview is team-based as different staff members from the unit you are applying for will ask you questions and place their input if you are a good fit for the unit. The second step is then meeting with the unit manager.

The interview process was fast. It consisted of a in person interview with the manager and shadow experience. I had a panel interview the same day as well. I heard back the next day.

Orientation dress code culture
Okay but this is highly dependent upon management as you can imagine. Good lads though but subjective. I’m sure it’s so I’m sure the majority are from my native country and the rest are from the south.
