Very easy interview process, manager was very pleasant, unit staff was very easy to get along with! Came to the unit, met manager followed by her clinician, asked questions, went over job description in detail, expectations, wants & needs of the company. Toured the whole unit and introduced to staff - I also brought my scrubs with me; and manager was very impressed by that and my enthusiasm; which resulted in me being able to job shadow the same day.
