I applied through a friend who worked there. I received a phone call a few days later with a recruiter; this covered the basic "who are you" background overview. I then received an invitation to interview downtown a few days later with the program coordinators. It was overall a pleasant experience; the interviewers at each step of the process were very nice. I had to bring a writing sample to the in person interview.

There were two rounds of interviews, one phone screen and one in-person interview. It was a fairly straightforward recruitment process, and they definitely appreciated seeing you at their many recruiting events. I was recruited on campus and had attended many of their previous events and gotten to know their recruiting team. There seemed to be a large gap in the time between the phone screens and the time of the actual in-person interviews. The process was fairly simple and was well communicated.
