Different steps were involved. At least 4 rounds of interview took place. It included a class demo, interview with subject experts, with dean, and Vice chancellor. Overall the interview process was well organised.
Skype interview with subject experts and HR round. Heard that mutiple level of interviews are held now. Salary negotiation could be done. Experience is an important factor. Location and facilities should be discussed during the interview.
