Complete waste of my time. Utterly horrible Jordan office panellists first subjected me through a 2 hr competency-based written test, got shortlisted, then put me through three subsequent oral interviews set at their own convenience, requested two references (10 detailed b/g questions that require at least two hours to complete) and passport details, followed by performance evaluations, only to be informed that UNRWA decided not to move forward with the application. They also went ahead to conduct their own backdoor checks, which negate the need for all the fuss. Harrowing 70-day ordeal. Glad i didn't get the role because they are certainly not good people. Readvertised the job a day after without so much as a note as to why they wasted my time.
