1 interview, lasted 2hrs which covered everything from previous employment to philosophy on treatment for seniors and low income individuals (the target demographic). The interview was very thourough and included the head of HR and my Prospective Supervisor. Salary and timeframe for making a decision were all covered and agreed to so that if an offer was to come there would be no surprises.
