Entrevista
Interview took place over two rounds via Skype. First one was conducted by an HR member and 2 team members, mostly behavioral questions and gauging your knowledge on international development. Second round was with senior manager. It consisted mostly of questions on why I wanted to work for UNOPS and what challenges UNOPS may face in certain regions.

First interview with prospective managers with basic competency based questions for a rather junior role requiring limited experience. The interview was of average difficulty for the role. First interview was virtual.
First, process of interview was explained. Then competency based interview questions - it is important to prepare such type of questions in advance. Recruiters friendly and professional, only competency based interview questions are difficult as they do not come naturally, but need a lot of preparation - and it is still possible for interviewees to bend the truth in those interviews.

Entrevista
It took 2 months to receive an invitation for the assessment. After submitting the case, HR never got back to me and never replied to any of my follow-up questions.
