The interview was several years ago but I do remember some details of it. The interview had 2 parts: 1) Mock teaching; 2) Interview itself. 1) Mock teaching Teach any topic related to the job for 15 minutes. There were 4-5 senior lecturers who evaluated you for the mock teaching. They interrupted you for questions as though it was in a real classroom; they further asked questions after your mock teaching as well. 2) Interview There was a panel of 6-7 people from the top management - HR, dean, deputy vice chancellors, etc
