The interview takes place after the written test. It took 45 minutes in the presence of the head of the section, another staff and the human resources representative. They ask an average of 2 questions each : Competency based interview and blinded questions after a written test

Tell us about the digital last campaign you worked on.
The interview process was clear, with multiple steps including a written assignment and a presentation. All steps were clearly explained and a notice was given before each stage. The panel had a positive attitude and asked questions relevant to the post, some more challenging than others.

Online application followed by written test. Very professionally done. Took 2 months to hear back after application. Took 1 month to hear back after written test. Research the TOR to get an idea of potential questions.
Neutral, nothing our of the ordinary. The speed in communicating was good, the entire process took a little over 6 weeks. I had one written assessment and one interview before being informed of the outcome.
