The interview process was smooth and very conversational, which made it easy to feel comfortable throughout. The interviewers were approachable and open, and they took the time to clearly answer any questions I had. Overall, the experience felt professional yet engaging.
However, one thing to note is that the timeline can be a bit long—you may need to wait around 2–3 weeks before moving on to the final interview stage.

It was competency-based interview questions and was very friendly and the questions were about communications in the Financial Innovation work. There was a lot of focus on financial innovation, research, and presentation. Very tough overall.
