Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en UNHCR en sep 2014
Entrevista
I am applied via email on July 2014, and in September I got the reply from the HRD. In the general, the content of the email explaining the term of reference and if I still interested, I need to reply the email with confirmation that I've read and agreed the TOR. Around 2 weeks later, I got a phone call from UNHCR. It's a phone Interview, very casual interview. Just everyday question. Primarily asking about my readiness to work in the office, and my passion to working for UNHCR. I think they need people to help as soon as possible. I got accepted at that time too. And on the next morning, I got email from the HRD to complete the form and prepared some required documents. And I started my first day on the next week

I had a 30-minute interview that was very cordial and informational. I was asked about my interest in the role, relevant experience, and transferable skills. I was able to ask all my questions about the role and better understand the expectations of the job.

Entrevista
Application sent to UNHCR via email. The interview invitation was received via email. The interview was held via phone call with Protection Legal Officer which went for about thirty minutes or so.
First a written test of about 2-3 hours, followed by an interview with a panel.
I was interviewed by 4 people in total (2 were HR). The interview lasted about 30-40 and each of them asked about 2 questions.
The questions were competency based questions.
