The overall impression is good, though the interview was quite tough. We talked during 20 minutes, although at the beginning of the conversation they told it should be 30-40 minutes. It was held by phone with 2 persons. Primarily, the went through the CV and motivation letter and asked about the previous experience in details. Also I was asked to send my publications and contacts of persons who can provide references. Although they used many expressions like "very good", "ok" etc., their voices sounded very strict, and it took much efforts to stay calm.

- What exactly you did during your volunteer experiences?
The interviewer was quite warm, as well as firm. It was straightforward in terms of how they asked their questions, what their expectations were and explaining the process of acceptance.
