I applied in naukri.com and got a call from consultancy and had been asked to send updated profile. Then got call from HR and spoke about past experience, ctc and ectc. Finally, got a call for face 2 face interview. The f2f interview was little bit easy. Basic questions about php, object orientation in php and mvc architecture, about my past projects and few questions from java. then there was a discussion with hr and one more round was with management team. Then finally they said i'll get phone interview with a team from US.That interview was also most about my past php projects.you can win if you have confident. all the best
