Interview pannel of six people post which written test was done. Both of them has equal weightage. Written test was comparatively difficult. Interview lasted for 20 minutes. It wasn't difficult.

Turning in writing samples, application, relatively easy but they make sure to make you feel as if you are part of something big and important. I would just turn in your best materials, specifically something that is research based.

First, You will need to take a writing task. If you pass the writing test, there will be an interview from zoom. They will ask you about some questions and expected salary.
