The interview is a key step of the selection process, but the written evaluation/assessment is equality important. My written test consisted of 3 exercises, including a substantive question on global development trends, drafting an advocacy campaign action plan, and preparing a press release. I was given 3 hours to prepare the test.

Substantive question on the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development, implementation bottlenecks in the Global South, communications solutions to increase citizen participation and government accountability.
Concrete examples of communications projects with well-proven results in increasing citizen participation, raising financial contributions to the organizations and generating media buzz.

Entrevista
Written test, followed by a panel interview with 3 interviewees and one representative from HR. Interview method follows STAR, they ask a question and want to know how you would respond to it. Situations they would describe are very similar to job description
