I applied online and the process took less than a week. It was a one-hour Skype interview, with three panel members (quite formal considering I was applying for a volunteer position). It included both technical questions about development and questions on personal experiences. The panel members were nice. As I have prepared answers according to the job ad, they only clarified the job duties during the interview, which was a little different from the ad.
