It's a competency based interview and you need to answer exactly how the question was phrased. 4-5 questions including motivation and question from interviewee. There is about 3 panelists and HR person. Length was about 40 minutes. They will ask you to elaborate if you're not exactly answering the questions.

Describe a time when you had to explain something complex or new to someone. How did you proceed and what was the result?
Both the written and interview. the process took around three months. the interview was competency based. there were 5 competency areas. and there were some follow-up questions based on the answer.

I passed a technical exam first that included case questions related to the job description and then had a competency based interview which lasted around 40 minutes with basic scenario questions
