It was a three round interview process. Phone and two face to face. Very collegial. Met with peers, staff and Sr. management. They explained in good depth the nature of the position as well as the current and future shape of IT. They spent a good amount of time allowing me to get to know of the members of the staff. During this time I got more comfortable with the type of environment that I would be working in.
