I applied for this management trainee by email the recruiter. Then, at a random day she called me for a quick iv, and 2 days later I received an email for group assesment. Throughout the group assesment, you will placed in a group of 6 and they will give you a case study & your team have to identify problem and solution. The given time is 45 minutes, so you have to answer everything & put it in a slideshow in 45 minutes. Then we had to present to the General Manager in about 15 minutes, and there will be Q&A session so you have to be prepared for the random question. Overall good experience.

Entrevista
There are four stages. The first stage is a phone screening by Talent Acquisition/HR. The second is a psychometric test. The third is a presentation to the HR manager, and the final stage is an interview with the BOD. I made it up to the third stage only.
For the phone screening, you basically talk about what’s in your resume. For the presentation, you’re given a case study, discuss it for about 45 minutes, then present for 15 minutes followed by a Q&A session.
Overall, it was quite manageable, but I felt like something was missing. Maybe my ideas weren’t strong enough. Still, it was a good experience.

The Group Assessment interview was a case study on how to promote interest in hybrid vehicles. It was a fun interview that really tested teamwork and presentation skills. The feedback given by assessors was also insightful
