Good and have many experieces from the interview. The interview process also very condusive. The interview also go easy on the fresh graduates. other than that theres only many waiting time on the lobby itself

Entrevista
The interview has four stages. 1st - Individual assessment, Online interview with Talent HR. 2nd - Online assessment, Game based assessments. 3rd - Group assessment and live interview sessions (HR & Managers). 4th - Final Assessment, Interview with Chief HR & Company CEO. I only managed to participate in the 1st stage, so I don't have any information on the 2nd stage and onwards. The interview process was not tense but needed some critical thinking and a broad view. Tips from the interviewer: 1) Don't miss out on minor details while focusing on the bigger picture. 2) Go for realistic answers rather than an ideal answer.

1) Tell me about yourself. 2) Past internship experience. 3) What type of person are you? (Analytical, etc.) 4) Situation based questions (2 technical & 1 soft skill)
The total of interview stages you need to go through has 4. The first one you need to submit your 1min cv vid then if u got accepted, the next stage will be online iv with umw managers. Next stage is group assessment and speed iv and lastly you will be having online iv session with the president of UMW
