It was fairly informal, although formal business attire was preferred. Questions were simple, it was more of an explanation about the job position and duties. The interview was a "Getting to know you" process to see how well you would interact with customers (mostly women) coming in to have waxing services done. They needed to see if you could be poise and make women feel comfortable explaining their different waxing needs.
