I applied online. I interviewed at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) (Noida) in Jan'2021. The interview process was very good and well communicated.
Two technical rounds were conducted. The interviewer was very encouraging so that I was motivated during the interview. They made me so comfortable so that I didn’t hesitate a bit while interviewing.
Overall experience was Awesome. Proper discussion with HR.

Entrevista
The interview process was completed in a couple of days. The HR (Mandeep Walia) explained the job description and expectation for the role before the interview. He was very much approachable for any queries or concerns. The interview was held online via video conferencing. There were two rounds of interview one was technical and other one was techno-managerial. The whole process was quick and well organized. The interviewers were polite and interactive. Overall it was a great experience.

The questions were related to roles and responsibilities held in the previous organization. Technical questions on Always on, Cluster , Mirroring, Deadlock, stored procedures , indexing . Scenario based questions on backup and recovery and troubleshooting on different issues.
