It was very easy. I received an email to set up the phone interview. It was informative and inquisitive. The interviewer was understanding when my phone cut out at times. That was a major relief! I was then referred tp a video interview process but it was not live video. A person pre-recorded questions via video and I I recorded my video answers and submitted them. This is the first time I have had an interview process like this but I didn't mind it.
