The initial contact with a recruiter was very positive, he set very clear expectations of what the process would look like and was very transparent on how we were and were not on the same page. After this I was invited in for in person interviews, four thirty minute back to back interviews. They positioned it as each person asking a different set of questions, however they were all very similar. All of the interviewers were very candid, friendly and easy to chat with. While clearly interviews, it was easy to make the conversations flow. It was clear to see that each of the employees loved their job and had true belief in the company, making it an easy decision.
