Entrevista
The interview process with Kronos was very extensive, but enjoyable and rewarding. I had interviews with their Director of Sales and VP of Sales. Both interviews were challenging, but felt natural and gave me opportunities to outline my skills and expertise.
One thing that really stood out for me was their Director of Sales suggesting that I get in contact with a few of their existing staff. They ranged from 8 months, to 15 years of experience with Kronos. Those conversations provided valuable insight into the organization and were very positive experiences. I was greatly impressed by this aspect of the interview process.
The interviews were enjoyable, but very challenging. Furthermore, the competition for the role was high. Ultimately, I decided to take a role with another organization before I found out if I was short listed for the role at Kronos.

I was asked to outline my sales style. The context of the question made it easy to answer initially, but be prepared for several follow up questions requiring specific examples. Review your sales history data before the interview.
The questions flowed dynamically in both interviews and never felt generic. I was impressed by the natural flow of both conversations. Overall, this was a very positive interview experience.
Good process. The team are very friendly and guided the process well. They made the role very enticing. A good experience going through the interviews. Learn about the company before hand. There is a lot of material out there to do so.

Entrevista
I was recruited into the company based on prior success and the process was very straightforward. Took a little longer than it should have, but overall was painless. Interviewed with hiring manager, then director level and then did a phone interview with Area VP for final.
