**Ghosted** I recently did multiple rounds with UKG, met some lovely people along the way, over the course of about 2 months I did multiple screening rounds, conversations with managers, peers and a fairly substantial techincal round. All went well until when I met with the VP of UX in the final round. I realise he has a demanding job, but their design department isn't huge. He was late to the call, underpreapred and obviousy unintersted in hiring for the position. After this underwhelimg experince, the prompt HR feedback ceased, I followed up and then didn't recieve even a courtesy holding messaging which would be common if awaiting an internal decsion. Overall, it was a lengthy experience which ultimately amounted to nothing but wasted time and energy on my part.
