There was two round of interview and after a promising second round I was rejected. I don't mind the rejection but the reason was so weird. They said they rejected cos they found my experience more for the role. I wish they had seen my resume in the first place or atleast in the first round to judge my experience. For second round they asked me to prepare PPT to discuss about SEO, budget allocation for seo agency and more. It's funny that they wanted all these details from someone who was at entry level. Their expectations were unclear. If they wanted all this, it should be from someone who has 4+ years of experience, not entry level. The whole recruitment and marketing team has unclear objectives from what they want. I feel they took all my ideas and bid me adieu!!
