Long very long. Hard detailed questions. Really have had to work in a Call Center before and have taken simulation tests. There was an assessment. A video interview and then a real interview.

Multiple interviews three or more with a spaced out time period. Took a few weeks just to get through the interviews They have extensive background check, require multiple references and have a very long application process. Prolonged follow up period.
