They found me on linkedin and wanted to have an interview. Recruiter was very impressed with my resume and she was so excited to contact me. Interview was more like an interrogation, hiring manager asked technical questions for an hour. I was really surprised that they didn't bother to know me at all except my knowledge. And they ghosted me after the interview, I haven't even received an automated e-mail from them. I would not change my job and work with them anyway, looked like a toxic working environment from my side.
