They asked the stupidest questions, for example they ask you things like "what was your biggest mistake," as though you're going to tell the truth or as though it's relevant to the position. They also ask questions that are literally unanswerable because they do not tell you the extent of your authority.

This process seemed slow and a bit disorganized. Took a month after submitting my application to schedule a phone interview. After that, took about 1-2 weeks to schedule zoom interviews - much of the follow-up and follow-through coming from my end. There were multiple 1x1 interviews. They all read from the same script/list of interview questions. Looking back, they probably wanted different examples given to each interviewer despite saying giving the same example across different interviewers was ok.
