I applied for the position online. After 2 weeks of submitting my resume I got a call for an interview. I was interviewed by two people. They were both very nice and easy to talk to. They asked me the general questions ie. nursing background (I was a new grad), why I wanted to work there, what I felt I could bring to the company, where I see myself in 5 years. etc. The interview went very very well. After my interview I was given a tour of the plastic surgery center and was after to complete a background check. The person who interviewed me walked me over and I had it done. I was told I should get my background check back in 3-5 days and would receive a follow up call for another interview after that. After almost two weeks of no contact i reached out to them. They said they were still in the process of interviewing and would give me a call. Another week went by and nothing. So I reached out again. At this time I was told they were doing some changes in the department have decided to not fill the position. 3 weeks later I saw another post up for the same department but for an RN. I'm guessing they decided to hire an LVN over an RN. .
