The interview process was smooth - got initially contacted via email and then had 2 interviews - got the job shortly after! I have seen how others had to wait for a long time to hear back though , sometimes it takes along time to get your application reviewed and considered.

What does your statistical and coding platform knowledge look like?
We need to interview before the job posting. The lab member did the interview for me with the supervisor. Everyone is nice and ask questions about my future plan. I would like to open one company about engineering.

Brief discussion with staff about background and expectations of the job. Staff get a feel for you as a person and employee. Coming with questions of your own is very helpful.
Interviewed with two people. Questions about handling deadlines since it was a grant funded project and how I handle myself working with physicians and confidentiality. Took about 3 weeks before job offer.
