The actual interview was fine. The people I interviewed with were friendly and asked typical behavioral interview questions. I was given an offer for an entry level position, but because I had no prior experience (for an ENTRY LEVEL position) they decided to change the job title, drop the pay, and gave me TWO HOURS to make a decision. I have never heard of something like this. When I asked what the difference was between the new job title, the lady did not even know and I had to call someone else, who also did not fully know. It seemed like this new job title was the same as the one I interviewed for, but it was just a lower pay and worse hours. There was no clear outline of what exactly this job title was, and I was given two hours to accept or decline. I just cannot believe how un-professional this was.
