A group of four nurses performed the interview. They asked the standard set of questions and some other harder questions. What was the most difficult was they gave me what was basically four small case studies and asked what I would do in each situation. I get that this is a new grad position, but it seemed a little excessive.
Toward the end, I got to ask questions and they seemed to brush them off and kind of beat around the bush as far as their answers. Additionally, I was not offered a tour of the unit, which I have been offered in every other interview I have had at hospitals. I was honestly relieved when I did not get offered the job. Dodged a bullet.

There was an online application along with a quick video interview. They were very welcoming and kind. I interviewed for the L&D unit. They were able to referr me to another department.

There were no in person interview due to COVID-19 so all interviews took place via Microsoft Teams. I interviewed with 3 people from the hiring unit. They were all really nice.

From the second I walked into the hospital, everyone was so kind and helpful. While waiting in the lobby for my interview to begin with a few other waiting candidates, the hiring recruiters there made us feel very comfortable and kept us updated about when we would be going back. I went back for my interview pretty quickly (I interviewed with oncology/BMT and pulmonary), but there were other units who were running a bit late on their interviews. When I went back for my interview, the interviewing team was so welcoming and kind, too. There was another interview going on in the same room, which threw me off a bit at first, but after getting into the groove of things, I didn't even notice it. The most stressful part of everything was interviewing with five people sitting across from me and five pairs of ears and eyes focusing on me. No matter how nice they were, it's still a bit stressful to have that many people judging you and your abilities. I would advise practicing answering questions with several people with you to better prepare for this, as I only practiced with one person. The whole interview process took about an hour, and I was offered a position by e-mail less than a week later.
