I interviewed with the Assistant Manager and the Clinical Educator for the unit. I traveled from out of town and they were very accommodating with my schedule and allowing me to pick a specific interview date and time. They were very welcoming and friendly and asked a lot of good questions on the interview. I was also given a tour of the unit and met some of the nurses on the floor as well.

Met with recruiter first over teams, then had a teams meeting with 2 hiring managers. Did a lot over email which
Was nice but did feel rushed to make a decision.
I applied and interviewed with the unit managers approximately a month later. They were polite and asked standardized questions. They were helpful with answering my questions and explained the opportunities available at UCHealth.
contacted by recruiter after applying online. set up interview which was online with department managers and educator. behavioral interview type questions, nothing way out of left field. overall positive experience and managers were friendly, answered questions
