      Entrevista para Talent Acquisition Consultant

      Solicitud

Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en UC Riverside (Los Angeles, CA) en nov 2023

      Entrevista

The interview process was a joke. There were 4 individuals in the first Teams video call. It felt more like a scripted interrogation where at no point they were interested in hiring. Instead it seemed like the 4 ladies were randomly last minute asked to join the call. They asked a total of 18 questions and said I had 1 minute to answer each question. I almost felt like I was taking a final exam from school. It was a waste of everyone's time.
