The interview was with three people and they were all very friendly. The questions were straight forward, typical interview questions but they wanted all of the responses answered in the STAR method. They wanted you to specifically label the situation, task, action and result, which felt like an awkward way to speak. They did give me a short written test in which they gave me a meal plan for a hypothetical patient and they wanted me to calculate the liquid intake.
