Apply online, numerical test followed by a logic test. I was phoned within 3 days and told that I'd made it through and that I would have a telephone interview a few days later. After the interview, there was then the assessment centre, where there was a numerical test first, followed by a solo presentation, then a competency interview, then a commercial interview and finally a group discussion.
