The only interview required was a 20 minute phone interview. The interviewer was very clear the formulation of her questions, which was very helpful. As someone with little banking experience, it was fairly intimidating and there was a level of detail in the questions about the banking industry that made the process difficult.

Entrevista
Applied online, then got invite to do SHL tests, afterwards a telephone interview was conducted followed by a offer about 2 weeks later. The Spring internship didn't require you to do an assessment center, however I would highly recommend to part-take in all the activities arranged throughout the spring internship because they do monitor you.
