I had applied through Synechrone but both the interviews were conducted by UBS hence narrating my experience here. First-round was by a senior BA and it was pretty straightforward. Basic questions about BA techniques, User stories, End to End project journey and the BA role. 2nd and final round was done by a Manager who was probably high on some drug. It was 60mins of him making me uncomfortable with his narcissistic behaviour. He did not let me finish a sentence and constantly interrupted. Many sexist questions also came my way such as you are already 30+ and unmarried, if you have any "future plans" let me know because I want someone who can stay in the team for long. I understand that you might have been betrayed by other candidates or team members but this is no way to ask such questions to anyone. UBS , you boast about your company culture on Linkedin on the other hand there are such ill-mannered managers who don't know what to ask in an interview. Moreover, during both the interviews, the interviewer did not turn on their camera, if you expect the candidate to show their face, don't be embarrassed to show yours too. I feel relieved that I am not selected and won't have to work under such a toxic manager.
