Applied for Operation role and interview was conducted online (Singapore). Currently completed two rounds and awaiting results. The second interview was a video interview with 1-2min given to answer each question. Still waiting for news and it has been close to a month.

First there is an Online Assessment, then a Hirevue and finally in person interview. Rather short and lean process if compared to other Graduate programs. Final Interview was very much personal fit based.
