I applied online and was given a 30-minute phone interview shortly after. They went over my resume for most of the time, and then asked me questions revolving around UBS' market performance and general trends in the market. No technical questions, just a lot about my resume and skill set and how my skills should transfer over.
The process consisted of a Hirevue type interview, then superday with mix of standard technicals with more senior members of the team, had to discuss company / news I found interesting

Standard technical questions, behavioral with more senior bankers
Applied and got an email for a HireVue. They gave 7 days to complete it. It was very straightforward and easy. Just like other HireVues and not too many questions. Not the hardest questions in the world but not the easiest. Just an average experience.

Standard technical questions, tell me about yourself, where you see yourself in 5 years, pitch a stock, walk through a deal you’ve done, time to ask them questions. Some of the ppl can obviously look checked out so don’t take it personally.
