3rounds of an Interview, 1 tech 1mgr and 1HR round. Done with all the rounds of interview, even the salary discussion but didn't receive an offer letter. Later an a week team stated not selected, Unsure on the reason.

I don’t really know what to say to be honest. You know when you have a high opinion of a company then it’s erased. Had an interview via zoom. Didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks chased it on the 3rd week.My email was ignored sent another one shortly ignored again. I then called the company and they put me through to the interviewer. Only to be told they can’t speak right now haven’t HR contacted me. They’ll get HR to contact me. The following week I called the interviewer again stating I hadn’t been contacted by HR. I just wanted to know whether I’ve been successful. No you haven’t been successful. Can I please have feedback ? I cant talk right now, can I we talk at another convenient time. Haven’t heard from the interviewer again and I only found it I wasn’t successful from chasing things up. To this day like two months and a half later the company couldn’t even given me the courtesy of letting me know. I’ve been unsuccessful. My application status has not even been updated yet still says interview stage. Compete and utter shambles and disrespectful. Be warned people, be warned.
