Initially met with a recruiter, then met with the Sales Manager for the US and the HR woman in Austria over a conference call a week after which went well. Two weeks later, had an interview with the CEO who took only 20 minutes to interview me and made mostly condescending comments the whole interview on my experience and my current employer, while at the same time asking really basic softball questions that had nothing to do with what I would be doing at the job and couldn't really answer any of my questions besides replying with buzzwords (Great way to leave an impression). I still pressed on and contacted the recruiter for their follow-up. The recruiter kept me on the line essentially for about 4 weeks telling me the decision process was being held up and that they were still making a decision internally. Finally, the recruiter never got back to me even to just say that the position was filled. Waste of time, by the looks of it though, based on the reviews I dodged a bullet.
