Me postulé a través de un reclutador. Acudí a una entrevista en U.S. Xpress
Entrevista
Interview was onsite. I got to sit down with the HR recruiter and ask some questions about my résumé. After that we took a tour of the building and did a sit in with a few employees and another interview with another manager. It was basically the same as with the HR recruiter.

One on one with asking basic questions about your experience and knowledge of the company. Very open ended with lots of opportunities to ask questions. Questions were not very technical but more on the personal side.

Entrevista
Initially contacted by email to set up phone interview. Human Resources called me on the date/time of interview and conducted very basic interview. Then set up interview at office with director of operations. Interview went smoothly, director laid out the responsibilities of the job, asked a few questions to gauge knowledge of the industry, and made small talk for a few minutes. Total time was less than thirty minutes. Offered me the job before I left.

N/A. Questions were pretty generic which I expected due to it being an internship. The only tricky questions pertained to industry terms that I was unfamiliar with such as hot loads, lane histories, deadheading, consignee, detention etc.
