Was scheduled to have an interview with a Senior Recruiter from the company, and got numerous notices of the interview/time, even that day. Then when the interview time came, no call...I reached back out to the company only to get a response that they would look into it and get back to me. I have heard nothing. In general, where is the accountability? And especially from your Senior Recruiter? DO BETTER! My time is worth it and should be respected as much as yours. I took time to prepare, learn about your company and schedule a time that I could be home in time to talk with you. I deserve the time to review over my skillsets and what I can offer, not to be brushed off or ghosted. A bad look for your company, especially knowing that it was a senior person that did this.
